What we don't do

Can retouching fix distorted label text?

Text printed on a product can distort. We reshoot the angle or leave the original frame rather than fake the label.

Can you retouch glass or mirrored products?

Transparent and highly reflective objects — glass, clear resin, mirrored metal — are hard and sometimes we decline them.

Can you guarantee an exact colour match?

No exact colour guarantee. Screens differ; we match closely and send a revision if a shade is off.

Will retouching change what the product actually looks like?

We don't change what the product actually is — no added stones, no altered shape, no invented details.
