Privacy

Short, because there is not much to say. We are a photography studio, not an advertising business — your details are here to do your work and answer you, and for nothing else.

What we hold

When you write to us or place an order: your name, your email address, your shop name if you give one, and whatever you tell us. When you send photographs for an order: the photographs themselves, and the order they belong to. The site also counts visits — which pages, from which country — but only after you agree to it in the banner, and never in a way that names you.

Who else sees it

Google, because your photographs are stored in our Google Drive and our email runs through Google. Vercel, which serves this site. Google Analytics, if you agreed to it. That is the whole list. We do not sell anything to anybody, we run no mailing list, and we hand nothing to advertisers.

Cookies

One cookie, and it is not for us: it remembers which language you chose, so the site opens in it next time. Your answer to the banner is kept in your browser rather than in a cookie at all. Google Analytics sets cookies of its own, but only after you accept — decline, and none are written. There is nothing here to opt out of afterwards that accepting did not put there.

How long, and what you can ask for

Enquiries we answer and then keep only while the conversation is useful. Order photographs and finished work we keep so you can come back for them — write to us and we will delete them the same week. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. We will not ask why.

Who is asking, and what the law gives you

Lumicron is the studio responsible for all of this, and info@lumicron.studio reaches the people who run it. Under the GDPR, and under Turkey’s KVKK for customers there, you may ask what we hold, get a copy, have it corrected, have it erased, object to how it is used, or take it elsewhere. Ask us first — it is faster. If we let you down, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Asking us

Write to info@lumicron.studio. A person reads it, and you will have an answer within a few days rather than a form to fill in.
