Terms

The agreement between us, written so you can read it once and know where you stand. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay rather than after.

What you are buying

A package, at the count stated on the prices page: so many images, a storefront, a website, or a month of upkeep. We work from photographs you already have — we do not photograph your products ourselves. What we can and cannot do with a photograph is set out plainly on the site, and it is worth reading before you order, because it is the honest limit of the work rather than small print.

Prices and paying

Prices are shown for your country, in your currency, and exclude VAT. The price you were quoted is the price you pay; if the work turns out to need more than the package holds, we tell you what it would cost and wait for your answer rather than adding it to an invoice. Payment terms are agreed before we start.

Time

We aim to return image work within 48 hours of having everything we need, and we say so on the day if something will take longer. A storefront or a website takes as long as it takes, and we agree that with you before starting. The clock begins when your photographs and your answers arrive, not when you order.

The images are yours

Everything we make for you is yours to use however you like, for as long as you like, anywhere you like — marketplaces, advertising, print, resale of the product. You keep the rights to the photographs you send us; we only get permission to work on them. We may show finished work as an example of ours unless you tell us not to, and one line asking us not to is enough.

Changing your mind

Before we begin, cancel and pay nothing. Once we have started on your particular images, the work cannot be resold to anyone else, so it has to be paid for — and if you are buying as a consumer in the EU, this is the reason the usual fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to work made to your order. If we get something wrong, we fix it. If we cannot make it right, we refund it.

Limits, and the law

We are answerable for the work we deliver, up to what you paid us for it. We are not answerable for what a marketplace decides to do with your listing, for sales that do not come, or for photographs you sent us that you did not have the right to send. Turkish law governs this agreement, and if you are a consumer it does not take away the protections your own country gives you. If something goes wrong, write to info@lumicron.studio before anything else — nearly everything is settled that way.
