What our 48-hour turnaround actually means
Where the clock starts, what pauses it, and why we would rather quote honestly than miss.

The clock starts when we have usable files and a confirmed brief — not when the email arrives. If the shots are unusable, we say so within a few hours rather than spending a day producing something you will reject.
It pauses for one thing: a question only you can answer. Which of two colour readings is correct, whether a scuff is damage or patina, whether a variant is in scope. We batch those into a single message rather than drip-feeding them.
Volume changes the number. Forty products is not forty times one product, but it is not the same 48 hours either. We quote the real figure up front. A deadline we quietly miss costs you a campaign; a deadline we quote honestly costs you a day of planning.
